AppMaster Builder in Eclipse IDE vs. AppMaster Builder in Mainframe Express IDE
Shows the Eclipse IDE equivalents to Mainframe Express IDE features.

Application View
The following table shows AppMaster Builder in Mainframe Express IDE features available from the Application View, and their
corresponding equivalents and locations in Eclipse.
Important: All actions described in the
AppMaster Builder in
Enterprise Developer
for Eclipse columns assume that the AppMaster Builder perspective is open and active in the Eclipse IDE. To open the AppMaster Builder
perspective:
- Start Enterprise Developer for Eclipse.
- From the Enterprise Developer for Eclipse IDE, click .
- Select AppMaster Builder; then click OK.

Data View
The Data View in Enterprise Developer for Eclipse is functionally similar to the Data View available in AppMaster Builder
for Mainframe Express. The following table lists exceptions:
