- Keyword columns
- Shows the column numbers for the columns into which you type Program Painter keywords.
- Statement columns
- Shows the column numbers for the columns into which you type Program Painter.
- Remove data in columns 73-80 when loading the program
- Removes the data during the program load process.
- Tab width
- The number of columns that the cursor advances when you press the
Tab key.
- Force capitals
- Automatically converts lower case characters to upper case as you type them into the Program Painter.
- Smart edit mode
- Turns on smart edit mode, which enables further customization of keywords and carets as you enter code.
- Keyword auto completion
- Automatically finishes typing a keyword into the keyword area as soon as the keyword is recognized. Available only when
Smart edit mode is checked.
- Smart caret
- Check the box next to the description of each caret behavior that you want to turn on in the Program Painter. Each behavior
is associated with one or more a keyboard keys as described.
