Function:
This tool is used the release the ISPF Edit enqueue of a data set or a member of a PO data set.

qualified in the form

Note: AWM creates an enqueue automatically if an MVS data set or member is transferred to the client for remote update purposes.
This is typically done in remote edit scenarios. The dequeue is also done automatically if the editor is closed. Therefore,
this explicitly available Dequeue function should only be used if AWM wasn't able to dequeue a file automatically (for example
after a system crash).
