Customizing the Text Fonts and Colors

To customize the fonts and colors of the texts and areas of the editor:

  1. In the IDE, click Tools > Options.
  2. Expand Environment and click Fonts and Colors.
  3. Ensure Show settings for is set to Text Editor.
  4. In the Display items list, click any of the items prefixed with Assembler, BMS, COBOL, JCL, IMS, PL/I.
  5. Set the font and the foreground and background colors for the items as desired.
  6. Click OK.
