To specify a CCSID table in the CICS SIT

Note: If you created your enterprise server region from Enterprise Developer using the CICSWebServices.xml template, the default EBCDIC local CCSID is set by default.
  1. From the Enterprise Server Administration Home page, start ESMAC for your enterprise server region.
  2. In the Resources group, click SIT.
  3. Click the Details button that corresponds to the SIT specified for the enterprise server region.
  4. In the Local CCSID field, type the decimal CCSID code set identifier.
    Note: If you do not know the code set identifier, see ccsid_registered.html.
  5. Click Apply.
