The copybook,
lixmlall.cpy, is required to define the XML statements and to define some data-items that are referenced. This copybook should be copied
at the beginning of the Working-Storage Section of the source program. This copybook copies the remaining copybooks used by
XML Extensions. In general, do not modify or edit the contents of this copybook or the copybooks that it copies (lixmdef.cpy and
lixmlrpl.cpy).
