The CAS CCI gateway failed to connect to region remote-region.
The reason is reason-code. Reason codes are:
- 1 Name conflict (the netname references a non-system node)
- 2 Locate error
- 3 Auto-install error (The automatic connection install failed)
- 4 Contention reject (The bind is in progress from the remote system)
