After building your IMS project, you are ready to load your IMS database using your DBD and generated
.dat files.
- From the
Enterprise Developer IDE
Solution Explorer, right-click a DBD in your project; then click
Database Utilities > Load.
- In the
Load dialog box, specify the
.dat file to use in the
Input data set name field.
- Set the correct
File Layout and any other settings as required, and click
Execute.
