Add Started Task JCL Procedures to a Proclib

Copy members MFA, MFAAS and MFAS to proclib .

Note:
  • If you store proc MFAS in proclib using a different name, you must also change ASPROC=MFAS in member SERVERS to specify that new proc name.
  • If you store proc MFAAS in proclib using a different name, you must also change ASPROC=MFAAS in member SERVERS to specify that new proc name.
