You need to specify an action which calls the newly created tool: 
            		
            
               			
               - Right-click the Action Descriptors category folder, and then click . 
                  This opens the Enter Object ID dialog box. 
                   
- In the New ID field, type OFFL_ACT_CONT_AssociateProblemNumber. 
               
- Click OK. 
               
- Right-click OFFL_ACT_CONT_AssociateProblemNumber, and then click Edit. 
                  This opens the Edit Properties dialog box. 
                   
- Double-click the Label value cell, and then type Problem Tracking/Associate Problem Number. 
                  This action now appears under the Problem Tracking category in the context menu. 
                   
- Click OK.
               
- Right-click OFFL_ACT_CONT_AssociateProblemNumber, and then click . 
                  This creates a new tool under the OFFL_ACT_CONT_AssociateProblemNumber action descriptor.  
- Right-click Tool, and then click Edit. 
                  This opens the Edit Properties dialog box. 
                   
- Double-click the Target ID value cell, and then select OFFL_TOOL_AWM_Dialog_GetProblemNumber. 
               
- Click OK. 
               
- Finally, you need to specify where the action should be displayed. It should be displayed in the context menu of elements
                  of an Eclipse linked file type. To do this: 
                  Under the Element Types, right-click OFFL_ELE_Eclipse_File, and then click . 
                   
- Right-click the new Action relationship, and then click Edit. 
                  This opens the Edit Properties dialog box. 
                   
- Double-click the Target ID value cell, and then select OFFL_ACT_CONT_AssociateProblemNumber. 
               
- Click OK. 
               
- Click .
