To Include the Resource Group in the Startup List

To include a resource group in the startup list use the Enterprise Server Administration interface.

  1. Open the Enterprise Server Administration page and click Start next to the name of the CICS server you want to use.
  2. Click Details next to the name of the server and navigate to Server... > Control > ES Monitor and Control. The Server information page is displayed.
  3. In the Resources panel on the sidebar, choose by Group from the list and then click Groups. A list of all resource groups that are currently included in the host CICS system's definitions is displayed.
  4. Click New. The new group page is displayed.
  5. Enter:
    • Name of the group.
    • (Optional) Description of the group.
