The mfsecconv command is used to import, export, and convert security data for the
VSAM ESM Module. It is also used to initialize security data for the Default ES Security Configuration. It provides these functions:

               - Importing

- Creating and updating the security data in the VSAM (COBOL indexed) files used by the
VSAM ESM Module, from security definitions specified in a YAML or LDIF file. YAML is a convenient structured-text format for editing or manipulating
with scripting languages. LDIF is a text format used for importing to and exporting from LDAP servers.

- Exporting

- Creating a YAML file of security definitions from a set of
                  			 VSAM ESM Module VSAM files.

- Converting

- Converting ESF security information in an LDIF file into YAML, which might be useful for customers migrating from LDAP-based
                  security (using the
MLDAP ESM Module) to file-based security (using the
                  			 VSAM ESM Module).

- Initializing

- Creating a set of VSAM files for the
VSAM ESM Module and performing other tasks associated with the Default
                  			 Enterprise Server Security Configuration. See
                  			 Default Enterprise Server Security Configuration.
