When accessing remote tables or views via the CICS or IMS/VS attachment facility,
you cannot use INSERT, DELETE, or UPDATE statements.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
Resolution:
If you use CICS or IMS, use INSERT, DELETE, and UPDATE statements on local
tables only.
