- In Server Explorer, right-click
Micro Focus Servers and choose
Administration from the context menu.
The Enterprise Server Administration page appears.
- Click
Edit on the row for JCLDEMO.
This opens the
Server > Properties > General page.
It is useful to have the character-mode console daemon window showing when the JCLDEMO region is running.
- To set the console daemon to show when the region is running, on the
Server > Properties > General page, check
Show Local Console.
- In the
Configuration Information field type the following to create an environment variable for the path to the project directory:
[ES-Environment]
JCLPROJ=c:\tutorials\jcl
This is the location where the project required for this tutorial is created in a later procedure.
- Click
OK.
