To change the length of a segment occurrence

  1. Click Edit > IMS DB Editor > Set Segment Length.
  2. In the New segment length field, type a new segment length.
  3. Click OK.
Note:
  • The segment must be defined as variable length.
  • If you have the Update warning option checked, click Yes to enable data updates. See To configure edit warnings for more information.
