Terminating an IMS Trigger Monitor Listener

Trigger monitor listeners are automatically terminated when the enterprise server instance is stopped. However, you can also force termination of a trigger monitor listener using any of these methods:

• Use the casout /o command.
• Use a program to place the CSQ4TRMN:STOP message on the WebSphere MQ initiation queue that the trigger monitor monitors.
• Submit CSQ4STOP.JCL using the JCL Control Page in ESMAC. CSQ4STOP.JCL is located by detault in %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Micro Focus\Enterprise Developer\src (Windows) or $COBDIR/src/enterpriseserver/ims/mq (UNIX) .
• Use an IBM-supplied utility such as amqsput or amqsputc.
