Indicates that the JOB CARD of a submitted job has been parsed, and the elements of the job card are passed to the user exit,
some of which may be changed by the user exit.

- Job Name - if the Job name is changed by the user exit, the user exit will later be called with the event uxit-chgd-job-name.
