Add Demonstration Files to ProgramSOAP

1. Right-click the ProgramSOAP project, and select Add > Existing Item from the context menu.
2. Browse to the %PUBLIC%\Documents\Micro Focus\Enterprise Developer\Samples\Interface Mapping Toolkit\ServiceInterfaces\ScheduleDemo folder.
3. From the drop-down list, click All files (*.*)
4. Select all files except the Readme XML files; then click Add.
5. To save this project, select the ProgramSOAP project in the Solution Explorer; then click File > Save ProgramSOAP.
