Enterprise Server now supports CICS web-enabled application programs.
The CICS Web Interface APIs have the following limitations:
- Only BASIC authentication is supported
- Trailer HTTP headers are not supported
- Conversion of codesets and codepages is not supported
- Converter programs are not supported
- You cannot connect to an HTTP server through a proxy
- The
Action(Expect) option of a WEB SEND request is ignored
