- From the 
                  		  Application Explorer view, right-click the project name; then select

               - Select the

                  		  User Library; then click

                  		  New and type in a name for the library. For example, 
                  		  JDBC Resources Library. 
                  		
               
  
               		
               - Select the 
                  		  Micro Focus template; then click 
                  		  Next. 
                  		
               
  
               		
               - Click 
                  		  Add External JARs, and add the appropriate JAR files. See

               - When you have finished adding the required files, click 
                  		  OK. 
                  		
               
  
               		
               - Check the box next to the new library; then click

            Note: You can export and import this user library from one Eclipse workspace to another.
