Describes the COBOL program requirements for accessing the Public Catalog API.
Any COBOL program that accesses the Public Catalog API must:
- Include the
mfpubcat copybook in Working-Storage
- Move a function code to the appropriate Working-Storage field
- Call the
MVSCATPB utility using the
mfpubcat copybook fields in Working-Storage
