To enable any of the distributed processing facilities, you need to do the following:
- For both outbound and inbound flows, define network links between the
MSS system and the system or systems that you want to communicate with. For each remote system you define a connection.
- For both outbound and inbound flows add a listener for Intersystem Communication to the enterprise server. This must be of
type "MTO ISC", have the name "MF MTO Inter-System Communication" and have
Legacy Micro Focus Application Format checked.
- For inbound flows, add the resource group DFHISC to the startup list for the SIT. (You do not need to do this for distributed
transaction processing (DTP)).
