Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments only.
The Result window displays when you successfully run a query or when you open a table using the Catalog Browser dialog box.
Specifically, the Result window appears when you:
- Run a query from the Query Design window using the Run command from the Query menu, or the Run button on the toolbar.
- Run a query from the SQL Edit window using the Run command from the Query menu, or the Run button on the toolbar.
- Execute a batch SQL script (.SQL file) Open or Run Batch commands from the File menu.
- Open a table using the Catalog Browser dialog box.
