Internal NetBIOS error. Too many NetBIOS request threads were specified in the XDB Server Configuration. Either reduce the
number or edit your NET.CFG for Novell and increase NetBIOS and/or Named Pipe sessions (or in the case of a LAN server increase
the number of sessions in the NETBEUI_NIF section of PROTOCOL.INI).
