- 005 - no gdg model (base) present 
                  		
               
- 006 - gdg max < 1 or > 99 
                  		
               
- 007 - gdg roll disp is incorrect 
                  		
               
- 008 - charset is not ascii, ebcdic or unknown 
                  		
               
- 009 - the PC-DSN (physical file name) is not valid for a Dynamic PDS
                  		
               
- 082 - failed to open I-O catalog file
                  		
               
- 083 - unable to allocate host PDS members
                  		
               
- 086 - file read/write error
