Task Attributes group
- Task Name
- The name of the Compare Data task being customized.
- List Name
- The name of the data transfer list specified in the associated DDL task.
- Location
- The location of the data transfer list, local or shared.
- Source Schemas and Tables
- A tree view showing the tables available for comparison.
WHERE/ORDER BY in SELECT group
- Table
- Shows the table selected on the
Source Schemas and Tables tree view.
- Build WHERE
- Use the other controls in this group to build an WHERE clause for the specified table.
- Build ORDER BY
- Use the other controls in this group to build an ORDER BY clause for the specified table.
- Column
- Lists the columns available for the specified table.
- Conditional Operator
- Lists valid conditional operators you can use for this clause.
- AND
- Inserts an AND into the clause.
- OR
- Inserts an OR into the clause.
- Value
- A literal value to insert into the clause.
- >
- Move completed clauses to Customized Query Pair.
- <
- Remove the clause from Customized Query Pair.
- Predicate or Sort Order
- Shows the code for a completed clause.
- Customized Query Pair
- SQL statements associated with the table(s) selected on the
Source Schemas and Tables tree view and appropriate clauses as built in the WHERE/ORDER BY in SELECT group.
Compare List Actions group
- Save All
- Saves all changes made to tables on the tree view. Once saved, you cannot revert your changes.
- Revert All
- Removes all changes made to tables on the tree view, setting them back to their default state. Once saved, you cannot revert
your changes.
- Compare
- Compare the data.
