Prepare to Run the MQSDEMO Application

Guides you through the process of associating the PLIMQS enterprise server instance with the mqsdemo project and starting the PLIMQS server.

Associate PLIMQS with mqsdemo

  1. In the Server Explorer in Visual Studio, expand Micro Focus Servers and then localhost.
  2. Right-click the PLIMQS server and select Associate With Project > mqsdemo from the context menu.

Start the PLIMQS server

  • In the Server Explorer, right-click the PLIMQS server, and select Start from the context menu.
