If you want to specify a condition on a column in one of your tables, but you do not want the column to appear in your result,
you can hide the column. There are several ways to hide a column that appears in the Query Conditions Grid:
- Double click the column title to toggle the selected column between visible and hidden states. A column is visible if the
title appears as a button. A column is hidden if it appears as a pressed button.
- Click the column to select it, and use the Hide Column command from the Column menu to hide the column.
- Click the Select Hidden Column command from the Column menu. The Select Hidden Column(s) dialog box allows you to move columns between a Visible and Hidden list by selecting and using the buttons between the lists. Click OK to accept the column specification on the dialog box.
