Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments only.
Even after you run a query, you can make changes to it. For example:
- You can rearrange the column order.
- You can hide columns if you decide you don't need them.
- You can lock one or more columns in place, so that you can keep an eye on them as you scroll through the other columns.
- You can sort the retrieved result on any combination of columns.
You get this flexibility without having to continuously rewrite and rerun your queries.
Query Result windows support bi-directional scrolling, and can be viewed and edited in either form or tabular views. You can
send the results to a printer, or output them to a file.
