Use this procedure to create a new .NET code project. 
               	 
            
 
            	 
             
               		
               - Start Visual Studio. 
                  		
               
- From the 
                  		  File menu, choose 
                  		  . 
                  		  
                  The 
                     			 New Project dialog box appears. 
                     		  
                   
- In the 
                  		  .NET Framework list, select 
                  		  .NET Framework 4. 
                  		
               
- In the 
                  		  Installed Templates list, select 
                  		  COBOL, 
                  		  .NET, and in the right pane, select 
                  		  ES.NET Mainframe Subsystem Application. 
                  		
               
- At the bottom of the 
                  		  New Project dialog box, type the 
                  		  Name, 
                  		  Location, and 
                  		  Solution Name details. 
                  		
               
- Click 
                  		  OK to create the project. 
                  		  
                  The project is created.
