To Update using the Enterprise Server Administration Interface

To use the Enterprise Server Administration Interface to update a server instance with changes to a security manager:

1. On the menu at the left side of the Enterprise Server Administration Web page, under Configure , click Security .
2. Click the Security Managers tab.
3. Below the list of configured security managers, click Update Allon the Security Manager Pool page.

   This retrieves the latest security information from the external security manager.

Use the following steps to update the security managers used by the Directory Server:

1. On the menu at the left side of the Enterprise Server Administration Web page, under Configure , click Security .
2. Click the MF Directory Server tab.
3. Check the Update when external Security Manager properties change check box.
