Scroll Bars

You can use the scroll bars to quickly move through a Result window. The behavior of the scroll bars depends on the result view. The Result Table view shows many records at once and Result Form view shows a single record at a time.

To view additional columns in a record:

• If you are in Result Table view, use the horizontal scroll bar to scroll through the columns in your result.
• If you are in Result Form view, use the vertical scroll bar to move through all of the fields in a record.

To view other records:

• If you are in Result Table view, use the vertical scroll bar to move through the rows of your result.
• If you are in Result Form view, use the toolbar buttons or Record menu items to move from one record of the result to the next.
