To output the contents of a Result window to a file rather than to the printer, choose the
Output command from the
File
menu.
To save the contents of a Result window to a file:
- Make certain that the Result window you want to save is the active window.
- Click the
Output command from the
File
menu to display the Output File (Save As) dialog box.
- Specify a file name.
- Click
OK to save the results to a file.
