Checking Status from the AcuServer Control Panel

  1. Open the AcuServer Control Panel and select the Info tab.

    By default, the Info tab originally appears blank.

  2. Click Query and specify the server and the port on which the acuserve service is running.

    The server name and port number appear at the top of the Info tab, and information about any clients currently using acuserve appears in the table in the center of the tab.

  3. To refresh the information on the Info tab, click Refresh. To activate an auto-refresh mode, click the Auto Refresh checkbox and enter the number of seconds to wait before a refresh.

    In the lower right of the Info tab, a text message displays the time until the next auto refresh.
