F1 through F8 are local function keys that do not send codes, except when configured to do so. These keys are mapped to activate default softkeys. To see the key mappings:

  1. Select Options > SoftKeys in the HP Display.
  2. In the SoftKeys Settings dialog box, select User Defined.
  3. Click OK.
