Define rules to clean up old results and result files of execution plan runs to reduce database size and to improve the manageability
                  of your execution plan runs.

               You need the
Delete execution plan runs permission to perform this task.

The amount of collected results and result files increases over time as you run your execution plans. After a while, some
results may not be relevant anymore, and managing your results is easier if only the important information is retained. In

Silk Central you can define rules for the automatic cleanup of results and result files that you no longer require.

Execution Plans tree for which you want to configure result cleanup rules. All child nodes inherit the defined rules.
To define cleanup rules specifically for unassigned tests, select the
                        				Unassigned Tests node in the
Execution Plans tree. Unassigned tests include items such as uploaded Silk Performer tests and try runs.

                  		  In the
Delete after list, select the time after which the rule triggers the deletion. Cleanup rules only trigger when new results are stored
                     for the selected node.

If you have selected the rule type
Delete result files, you can limit the deletion to specific file types in the
Only delete files of type field. Enter the file type extensions as comma-separated list, for example
bmp, png. Leave this field empty to delete all result files.

Edit icon. You can also deactivate a cleanup rule by toggling the
Status. Inherited rules can only be modified on the top node on which they were created.
