You need the
Manage testing cycles and configurations permission to import tests from an execution plan.
To import tests from an execution plan:

In the menu, click
.
The
Manual Execution Planning page displays.

In the
Testing Cycles area, in the header of a testing cycle, click
.
The
Select Execution Plan dialog box appears.

Select an execution plan and click
OK.
All tests of the execution plan are assigned to
No specific tester of the testing cycle.
