Silk Central can automatically generate inboxes for all users that are assigned to a project. 
                  	  
               
            
 
            	 
             
               		
               Note: You need the 
                  Groups, inboxes and user accounts security privilege to add, edit, or delete inboxes.

                  		  In the menu, click 
                     			 .

                     			 Inboxes. 
                     		   
                  		   The 
                  			 Inboxes page opens.

                  		  Enable the check box 
                     			 Use full name for generation to let 
                     			 Silk Central use the full name of the user (their first name and last name, as defined on the 
                     			 User Management page) when generating inboxes. If the check box is disabled, 
                     			 Silk Central will use the login name of the user.

                  		  Click 
                     			 Generate Inboxes on the bottom of the page.

                     			 Yes on the confirmation dialog.
                     		  
                  		
               
               		
               Tip: To let 
                  		  Silk Central automatically generate an inbox every time a new user is created, check the check box 
                  		  Auto-generate inboxes in future.
