When you execute tests in the Manual Testing window, you can capture images of your screen. The captured images will be attached to the test or test step. This is especially helpful when a test step fails and you want to outline when, where, and how the issue occurred.
Make sure that you have a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) installed and that the application is allowed to run. You can download JRE from Java SE Downloads. If your browser does not support NPAPI, Silk Central automatically offers to download and run a JNLP file, which is required to enable this feature. If you cannot download the JNLP file (for example due to security restrictions), refer to Manually Setting Up JNLP Files.
