To run any version of
Silk Central,
Silk Meter or
AutoPass must be installed and configured on a computer within your network.
The communication process between
Silk Central and
Silk Meter relies on the following files and variables:
- SILK_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
- CosLicensingService.ref file
- CosPropertyService.ref file
- ls_segue.ref file
- silkmeter.cfg file
Important: Do not delete these files.
The
Silk Central setup program creates these objects based on the values you enter in the fields of the
Licensing Server Configuration utility.
