WebThreadWait Function

Action

Waits until all threads of the user are ready. This function is used to synchronize multiple threads.

nFlag	Flag used to specify the following additional option (optional): WAIT_CLOSECONNECTIONS. Close all open connections, for example, if the Keep-Alive semantics is enabled
