                                in sTimer   : string optional ) : boolean;

Parameter	Description
sControlId	The context menu's unique id.
nRow	The cell's row.
nCol	The cell's column.
sValue	The value to be selected for the combobox.
sTimer	Timer name for measurements.

true if successful
false otherwise
