Explicit and Implicit Specifications

There are four types of explicit and implicit specifications that occur in COBOL source elements:

1. Explicit and implicit Procedure Division references.
2. Explicit and implicit transfers of control.
3. Explicit and implicit attributes.
4. Explicit and implicit scope terminators.
