To create a user library for JDBC resources

From the COBOL Explorer, right-click the project name; then select Properties.
Expand Micro Focus; then click JVM Build Path.
Select the Libraries tab.
Click Add Library.
Select User Library; then click Next.
Click User Libraries.
Click New and type in a name for the library. For example, JDBC Resources Library.
Select the Micro Focus template; then click Next.
Click Add External JARs, and add the appropriate JAR files. See To add JDBC resources to the JVM Build Path for details.
When you have finished adding the required files, click OK.
Check the box next to the new library; then click Finish.

Note: You can export and import this user library from one Eclipse workspace to another.
