- From the COBOL Explorer, right-click the project name; then select 
                  		  Properties. 
                  		
               
- Expand 
                  		  Micro Focus; then click 
                  		  JVM Build Path. 
                  		
               
- Select the 
                  		  Libraries tab. 
                  		
               
-  Click 
                  		  Add Library. 
                  		
               
-  Select 
                  		  User Library; then click 
                  		  Next. 
                  		
               
-  Click 
                  		  User Libraries. 
                  		
               
- Click 
                  		  New and type in a name for the library. For example, 
                  		  JDBC Resources Library. 
                  		
               
- Select the 
                  		  Micro Focus template; then click 
                  		  Next. 
                  		
               
- Click 
                  		  Add External JARs, and add the appropriate JAR files. See 
                  		  To add JDBC resources to the JVM Build Path for details. 
                  		
               
- When you have finished adding the required files, click 
                  		  OK. 
                  		
               
- Check the box next to the new library; then click 
                  		  Finish. 
                  		
               
Note: You can export and import this user library from one Eclipse workspace to another.
