To validate a service interface

Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments (local development) only.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the Enterprise Server feature is enabled.
  1. From the Team Developer view, right-click the service interface you want to validate, and click Validate. Errors are reported in the Error Log view.
  2. If an error is reported:
    1. Double-click the error to open the Interface Mapper.
    2. Correct the error.
    3. Close the Interface Mapper.
    4. Repeat this process until the Console shows the message "The service mappings are valid."
