No file was found based on a File Descriptor with the attribute "Type"
set to "Workspace_File". Typical reasons are:
- The file is not located in
the workspace ("Type" attribute is incorrect).
- The "Name_Physical"
attribute value was not entered correctly.
- The file path is returned
incorrectly by another tool.
- The file path is correct but
the file simply does not exist.
- Model Administrator Response:
- Correct any errors that might cause the problem.
