Restriction: This topic applies only when the Enterprise Server feature is enabled.
- From
Visual Studio, associate an
enterprise server instance with the project containing the service interface you want to deploy.
- Start the
enterprise server instance.
- Ensure that you have set all appropriate properties for service interface deployment.
- In
Solution Explorer, right-click your service interface; then select
Deploy on the context menu.
Note:
- Enterprise Server Administration lists your deployed service as a service of the enterprise server running your application. You must delete the service from
your enterprise server before you can redeploy it.
- You can also deploy your service interface to an enterprise server running under UNIX.
