- In the Data File Editor unformatted view, select a record.
- Click
Edit , depending on your file type, > Data File Editor; then select one of the following options:
- Delete Record
- Deletes the selected record.
- Multi Delete Record
- Deletes the number of records you specify, starting with the selected record.
Note: If you have the
Delete warning option checked, click
Yes to enable deletion. See
