Some element list files for which no references exist in the element
list XML file could not be deleted. This can have the following cause:
- The internal application
folder is asynchronous, non-existent or damaged.
- The element list XML file
does not exist or is damaged.

- Refresh the internal
application folder.
- Clear all the element
list cache.
- Delete the internal
application folder and load the application again.
