The seventh flag in the TX preprocessor options specifies whether Reusable Code Manager support is needed.

   N - no RCM support is needed 
   Y - the user has provided for RCM support by an 
       explicit PREPROCESS directive. 
   X - the RCM preprocessor is to be invoked by the TX 
       preprocessor

               - System Action:
- Terminate the preprocess/check.

- Correct the TX preprocessor options to specify one of the valid RCM Support options in the seventh position.
